Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don’t go quite to plan. As a family business, we aim to keep our policies fair and flexible. We're always here to help.
If you ever have questions or concerns, please reach out to us first. We’re real people and we genuinely care about getting things right.
We want you all to be completely happy with your Hunnyboots purchases. If something isn’t quite right, we make returns and exchanges simple through your Hunnyboots USA account.
How It Works
1. Log in to your account
Go to the account section of our website and sign in using the same email you used at checkout. You can also use your SHOP credentials if you have them. If you're already logged in you won't see this page, you'll go straight to the next section.

2. Select your order
Find the order containing the item you’d like to return or exchange. Open the order by clicking on the row, or click on the "three dots" of the order on the right to go straight to "request return".

3. Request a return
Click Request Return and follow the prompts to select the reason why you want to return your purchase.

4. Give feedback please
While the note section is optional, we're asking you to please complete it. We really value the feedback you share when requesting a return. Whether it’s about fit, comfort, or even something more personal, your comments help us improve every product we make. Many of our design updates come directly from thoughtful notes like these.
We are sometimes able to offer a size exchange by return mail if you make a request in the note.

5. We'll email you
Our support team will review your request (usually within two business days). Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions by email. Don't forget to check your spam filter in case you haven't heard in three days,
6. Prepare your item
Please make sure you follow our returns policy:
- Boots have only been tried on indoors on a clean surface.
- Coats are clean and free from hair or marks.
- Socks remain sealed and unworn.
If an item needs cleaning or repacking, a small fee may apply.
6. Ship it back
Use your preferred carrier to return your parcel. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as return postage or lost items are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Exchange or refund
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your exchange, issue store credit, or refund your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days after your parcel arrives for us to process your return. You’ll receive an update at every step.
