All U.S. and Canadian orders ship from our Northern California warehouse. Every parcel is packed carefully and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Fast Dispatch

Orders placed before 2 PM (Pacific Time) are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the following business day.

Shipping Options

We ship with your choice of UPS, USPS, FEDEX and DHL for dependable, trackable delivery. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Rates and Free Shipping

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping anywhere within the continental United States. Orders over $200 USD qualify for free shipping. Shipping to Canada is available at a calculated rate displayed at checkout.

Pre-Orders and Split Shipping

We now ship in-stock items right away and send pre-order items separately as they become available. If you’d prefer to wait and receive everything in a single shipment and pay for shipping only once, please email us at support@hunnyboots.com before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times and Delays

Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days within the U.S., and 7–14 days for Canada, depending on location and customs clearance. During peak periods or extreme weather events, delivery times may be slightly longer. We’ll always keep you updated if there’s any delay.

Canadian Orders and Customs

Canadian orders are shipped from the United States. Depending on the value of your order and your province’s import rules, customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We do everything we can to minimize delays and keep cross-border shipping smooth.
