Returns & Refunds Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. All returns must be authorised first. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

  • An 8% processing/ restocking fee applies to cover handling costs.
  • Change of mind returns are accepted subject to an additional 12% fee.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only, less the restocking fee. This helps cover inspection, cleaning, handling, repackaging, and the costs associated with returning specialised products to sale-ready condition.

Product-Specific Conditions

Boots

Boots may only be tried on indoors on a clean surface.

Returns showing dirt, hair, wear, moisture, or damage may be rejected or may incur a cleaning and restocking fee.

Nudleblu Coats

Coats must be free of hair and odours and neatly folded in the original packaging.

A cleaning and repacking fee may apply if returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

Socks and Inserts

For hygiene reasons, socks and inserts that have been opened or worn cannot be returned.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We must be notified within a reasonable timeframe so we can investigate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Altered, modified, custom or personalised items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, submit a return request first.

Once your return is approved and received, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item, less any applicable cleaning or restocking fees. You can then use this credit to place a new order for the correct size or product.


Refunds

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected.

If approved, store credit will be issued within 2 business days. If a refund to your original payment method has been requested and approved, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund or store credit, please contact us at support@hunnyboots.com


Store Credit

Store credit issued by Hunnyboots USA:

If your remaining store credit balance is under $10, you may request a cash refund in accordance with California Civil Code §1749.5.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Items must be unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
