Hunnyboots Store Credit

If you’ve received store credit from a return, exchange, or special adjustment, you can check your balance and use it any time you shop at hunnybootsusa.com.

Here’s how:

Step 1: Go to Your Account

  • On any page of the Hunnyboots USA store, click the Account icon at the top right corner of the site.
    (It looks like a little person symbol next to the cart and currency selector.)

Step 2: Sign In

You’ll be taken to the sign-in screen.
You can:

  • Sign in with Shop (recommended for faster access), or

  • Enter your email address and click Continue to receive a one-time login link.

Step 3: View Your Orders

Once signed in, you’ll land on your Orders page.
Here you can see your order history and shipment updates.
Click your profile name at the top right, then select Profile from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: View Store Credit Balance

In your Profile view, scroll down to the Payment methods section.
You’ll see your current Store Credit Balance displayed in USD.
Click on it to open your detailed credit history.

Step 5: Check Credit Details

Your Store Credit window shows:

  • Current balance

  • Expiration status (if any)

Step 6 – Use Your Credit at Checkout

When placing a new order:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in.

  2. On the checkout page, under Payment method, tick the box Apply store credit.

  3. The order total will automatically adjust to use your available balance.
    If your credit covers the full total, your Total due = $0 as we apply store credit to shipping and any state taxes too!

Notes:

  • Hunnyboots store credit does not expire unless stated otherwise.

  • You must select the option to pay using store credit in the cart.

  • You can view or track your credit at any time through your account profile.

  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer.
